Stanground Cardea made a good start to the match and the deadlock was broken in the 15th minute by a wonder strike. Gellizeau passed to Kyle Ginns 25 yards out and the midfielder took a touch and produced a superb left footed shot into the top corner.
The visitors had chances to increase their lead but the keeper did well to deny Martin and Archer goals with some good saves.

Eight minutes into the second half the lead was doubled. Rayment ran down the right and cut the ball back to Joe Graham, who's shot found the back of the net with a bit of help from the Deeping defender.
A decent four minute spell from Deeping saw the scores level around the hour mark, scoring from a free kick and a good shot from outside the box.
But Stanground Cardea again showed great resolve to recover and retook the lead in the 76th minute. A Lewis Archer corner was headed home by captain Martyn Fox to make the score 3-2.
As the game headed into stoppage time the points were made safe. A great through ball from Cam Hibbins was finished well by Gianni Forcellati for his 5th goal of the season.
Deep into stoppage time and Stanground Cardea scored a fifth. A short corner from Gellizeau was played to Josh Staggs who shot from the edge of the box and beat the keeper at the near post.

Another good performance on the road and a result which see's Stanground Cardea Sports at the top of the PDFL Prem.
It's another away day next Saturday with a trip to the fens to play Ramsey Town.
